Return & Refund Policy – Bellaverse

At Bellaverse, we take pride in providing high-quality, handmade organic skincare and haircare products in wholesale. As all our products are carefully prepared and packed, we maintain a strict no-return and no-refund policy, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

1. Returns

We do not accept returns on any products once sold, as our items fall under personal care and hygiene categories.

Wholesale orders are made in bulk and customized as per requirement, therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Refunds

No refunds will be provided for products that are damaged during transit/shipping, as shipping risks are beyond our control.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

The product delivered is incorrect (different from the order placed).

The product has a proven manufacturing defect.

3. Eligibility for Refund (Only in case of defects/wrong product)

To be eligible, you must:

Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Provide clear photos/videos of the defective or incorrect product.

Ensure the product is unused and sealed in its original packaging.

4. Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items

Products damaged due to shipping/transit.

Opened, used, or tampered products.

Customized bulk orders.

5. Process

If your claim is approved, a replacement will be provided in your next order or a credit note will be issued.

Cash refunds are generally not provided.
